Michelle Hall BSSW, LMT, partners with individuals and groups as well as organizations to facilitate experiences through which people can connect more deeply to themselves, their community, and the natural world.
Michelle offers individual sessions, retreats and workshops. She weaves massage, Reiki, Eden Energy medicine techniques, and other modalities to support others in increasing their vitality to better navigate in their day to day lives and to thrive during major life transitions. Michelle’s expereience and training helps her to expertly mitigate the negative effects of trauma with a compassionate, non-judmental approach. She has extensive experience with the use of peace-making circles, chanting, ritual, altar-building and other approaches that are based on a faith in people’s innate capacity for healing and connection.
Michelle has more than 28 years of experience as a social worker providing supports for youth and young adults experiencing extreme life stressors, including homelessness. Much of this work focused on “caring for the caregivers," using Energy Medicine and other modalities to preserve the wellbeing and vitality of non-profit staff as well as activists. In 2024 Michelle began her training in theraputic bodywork so she could supprot individuals in their bodies.
In her work with individuals, groups and Organizations, Michelle is guided by the values and frameworks of genuine collaboration and restorative practices. She believes deeply that a better world is possible and is dedicated to assisting people in reimagining and working toward a society that cares for everyone.
