Michelle Hall is a trauma-informed massage therapist, energy worker, and facilitator with a deep commitment to healing, connection, and community care. With over 28 years of experience as a social worker, Michelle now weaves her expertise into a unique, body-centered practice that supports individuals, groups, and organizations in reconnecting with themselves, each other, and the natural world.

Michelle offers one-on-one sessions and events that blend therapeutic massage, energy work, frequency-based healing tools, and earth-honoring practices. Her work helps people increase vitality, navigate life transitions, and recover from the effects of stress and trauma. Her approach is rooted in compassion, collaboration, and deep respect of the ways the body and mind have survived in this tumultuous world.

Her distinctive toolkit includes peace-making circles, chanting, ritual, altar-building, and other somatic and energetic practices that foster meaningful healing and transformation. As a longtime facilitator of restorative practices, Michelle is commited to creating spaces that are safe, inclusive, and honoring of each person’s unique path.

Michelle believes a more just and loving world is not only possible—but necessary. Her work is a living invitation to reimagine how we care for ourselves and each other.

She is also a founding member of ChantRam, a devotional band that offers kirtan, heartfelt community gatherings and sacred celebrations.
