This full body massage is tailored to your needs. Depending on what’s happening in your body, it may incorporate elements such as myofascial release, acupressure, gliding cupping, trigger point therapy, compressions, light stretches, and aromatherapy. The work is designed to support nervous system regulation, deep relaxation, and recovery from stress and trauma. It can also help with pain management and improve sleep and mood. Each session is unhurried, allowing time for the body to settle and integrate.

These sessions are based on Craniosacral Fascial Therapy developed by Dr. Barry Gillespieand. Craniosacral Fascial Therapy is a gentle, hands-on approach that supports both the craniosacral system (brain, spine, and cerebrospinal fluid) and the fascial web that surrounds every structure in the body. Combining Craniosacral Therapy and Myofascial Release, this work engages the bodies innate wisdom to locate and release fascial strain. Craniosacral Fascial Therapy can support: headache/migrain, jaw tension, concussion recovery, sinus or airway issues, neck/back/hip pain, stress, anxiety, overwhelm, whiplash, and scar tension.
Fasical Unwinding sessions begins with rocking and gentle compression then moves to light touch on the head, sacrum, or other areas as your therapist listens to the body’s natural rhythms and follows subtle movements that invite release of fascial restrictions. Sessions are fully clothed and are often experienced as deeply restorative.

This session is a customizable combination of gentle bodywork, and subtle therapeutic techniques woven together to support your whole system. These sessions can include any of the following: massage, Unwinding Sessions (CFT), Eden Energy Medicine, and/or elements of SourcePoint Therapy. All of these modalities can help restore balance and support the body’s natural healing pathways. Additional supportive techniques such as vibrational or frequency tools, gentle rocking, aromatherapy, and light compressions may be incorporated to deepen relaxation and enhance energetic flow. Sessions are intentionally unhurried, spacious, and restorative—allowing your body to settle, release, and integrate.
