Community Bodywork Pop-up

Join us on Sunday, August 16 at WellHouse in East Nashville for a day of restorative bodywork with Jackie Contreras of WellHouse Holistic, Elodie Sexton of Kia Ora Massage, and Michelle Hall of Elemental Support.

Because we believe quality bodywork should be accessible to everyone, all sessions are offered on a sliding scale of $60–$120. If you can pay the full rate, please do. If paying less will allow you to receive this offering please find the amount in the sliding scale range that works for you.

Jackie and Elodie will be offering RomiRomi, a traditional Māori healing practice that uses intentional deep-tissue bodywork, pressure point stimulation, and stretching to help release tension and restore the natural flow of energy throughout the body.

Michelle will be offering Unwinding Sessions, an integrative approach that combines Craniosacral Fascial Therapy, myofascial work, compressions, and vibrational tools to support and release restrictions in the body.

All sessions are 60 minutes and are received fully clothed. Wear comfortable clothing that you can move in.

RomiRomi sessions will be offered in a traditional, relaxed community-style setting, with two people receiving sessions in the room at the same time.

Unwinding Sessions will take place in a separate private room, with one person receiving a session at a time.
