Join Michelle Hall and Jackie Contreras in a 3 series gathering that expolres how to practice staying connected to ourselves while supporting those we love

In these fast-paced and overwhelming times, it’s easy to lose touch with our own center while caring for others. Anchoring is a three-part series, facilitated by Michelle and Jackie. We will focus on practices to help us keep coming back to ourselves as we show up for the people and communites that we love. Through embodied movement, energy practices, and grounded touch, we’ll practice giving and receiving support in ways that nourish us even as we care for others.

This is a three part series. You can attend all three or attend one or two. We will meet: Saturday September 20 at 10am, Saturday September 27 at 10am, Saturday October 4 at 10am. Registration info coming soon!
