Elemetal Supports centers the activist , organizers and direct service workers who give so much of their energy to care for others.

How do we democratizing touch and care?

We democratize healing by removing barriers—financial, cultural, and systemic—that keep people from accessing care. That means offering sliding scale options, creating inclusive and welcoming spaces for people of all sexualities, gender expressions, ethnicities, and belief systems (religious or not), and honoring each person’s lived experience. At Elemental Support, this looks like equity pricing, accessible community events, and partnerships that extend healing touch beyond those who can afford it. Care is a right—not a luxury.

Is it okay to care for myself when so many are suffering?

Yes. Taking care of yourself isn’t selfish—it’s essential. When we’re resourced, regulated, and rested, we can show up with more clarity, empathy, and creativity. Showing up to create systems of care for everyone is what the world desperatly needs right now. Denying yourself care doesn’t ease anyone else’s suffering—it just adds to your own. Collective care includes you, too.
